The new and better way is having Porter continue the garden for us. The excitement of it all has worn off for the girls and Porter is still going strong! Its because of all Big Papa's great toys that we are using; any boy would love to help.
Winter is here and the garden has been stripped and Scott has brought in new dirt/fertilizer along with bark to keep all the weeds down along with a new watering technique that we are so excited to put to use.
Scott is so smart! I love how his mind works. Instead of all the water coming out of a pipe at one end; he thought of a soaker hose that lines the crop. Brilliant Honey!
We had problems with the water not reaching the end of the crop this summer and the barriers that held the crops cracked, so when watering the water would leak out.
Its great, the longer we are gardeners, the more we learn.
Sure, when all the work is done, they come outside. They love Big Papa's trailer that's for sure.
