Kids Paradise in Tracy, Calif.

Well, when Grandpa and Grandma are away, the kids will play. For the passed 3 years Grandpa and Grandma go on fabulous vacations during the summer, weeks at a time and we get the whole kids paradise to ourselves! Time to have a sleepover with cousins. As you can see, NO one had any fun.

McKenzie has been on a swim team since she was 6. And she is having the time of her life racing Natalie. McKenzie calls this fun; not so much splashing or game playing, just doing things that will better herself on the swim team.

Thank you Erica for bring your swim toys.

Best Buds!

When all the girls swim, the real men EAT!

Lydia, Lydia, Lydia.
She thought she was so funny but then she tried to pull her pants up before I got the camera. She should have known better, I always have my camera!

During our stay in Tracy, the pool pump died and Scott (my handyman who knows everything about anything) was the kids hero that day.

As soon as Porter saw a tool, he was quick to lend a helping hand.

Porter was Daddy's little helper around the house.

Each day I took the kids for a walk. Our favorite stop along the way are these horses. The kids love feeding them

On one of the walks Sarah spotted a rooster and chickens.

Our pumpkins are ready.

Having so much corn, Scott and I decided to freeze some. Porter wanted this corn for himself.

Here are the different size tomatoes that we are growing.

Staying in Tracy for 19 days, Porter learned many things. This happens to be one of those things.

After Scott was done with all the yard work, the party now can begin.

Jimmy and Porter.
You wouldn't see one without the other.
And that was because Porter was chasing Jimmy. :)

Scott the cannibal King!

Coach Scott, is in the middle of teaching the twins to swim without life jackets. And just got done racing McKenzie in free style.

I think with 5-6 hours a day swimming, Porter had finally had enough.

Its great to see family bonding moments.

While we were in Tracy, Gammie and Papa wanted to take the girls clothes shopping for their first day of school. We finished off the shopping excursion at California Pizza Kitchen.

Girls line up....

Get on your work'n clothes, time for gardening.

We are now taking out the corn to replant more.

This is our celery, with watermelon and honeydew vines slithering in.

As the girls heard the garage open they ran out the door screaming! So happy to see Grandpa and Grandma. I do have to say, while living here Lydia asked if we can live here forever because she didnt want to go back to that place. Well, I asked her what place, she said, Home in Lodi.
It was nice to know that the girls had an "Out of this World" of a time at Grandpa and Grandma's house.
Jimmy just stared......Could it be.....Oh good, now Porter, go Home!
