A Tribute to my Husbands Watering System

Proud doesn't begin to describe the way I feel toward Scott. I love the way his mind works. His watering system is superb.

All around the fenced garden, Scott tapped into the water line and put a auto timer in. The pressure from the water makes the water travel around the top to the fence and down to each spout.

This picture is the other garden in back of the fenced garden. We are so on a Garden Kick. Scott just last week talked about extending the garden further yet.

Scott said the garden is 150 ft long and 40 ft wide and still growing.

In this garden we have planted:

White Corn

Bodacious Corn

5 kinds of tomatoes

Type 274 Bean

Seedless/Seeded Watermelon

Connecticut & Big Max Pumpkins

2 Kinds of Cucumbers

Summer Squash

Cantaloupe

Those circular mounds keep the dirt loose for the roots. Also by having the vines grow down not out; it will be easier to maintain. Those are for the melons/squash

In each mound, there is a dripper that waters the seeds.

The same with the fenced garden the back garden has an auto timer watering system too. But the back garden has a drip system so we don't have to flood irrigate and ruin the vined vegetables/fruits.

On the left of the fenced garden, we have planted Yukon Gold and Red Potatoes.
