Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve morning was started off with each child having a job making Santa Claus cookies.

This year was the first year that all the girls really understood Santa. Excitement and giggles fill our house as the date drew closer to Christmas.

"Chocolate Chip Cookies" are Santa's favorite.....
"Cookie Dough" are my girl's favorite....

Here's Gammie making her famous Crab smothered in wine and butter sauce.

Children always like playing with the claws of the crab.

Our happy family

Scott and Ben must have had the same idea.

Talent Show
McKenzie and Mom sharing Boy Rules that we worked on together

Magic trick by Whitney and McKenzie

McKenzie showing off her talent and her love for jump rope with a little rhyme to follow. Scott taught McKenzie the song, "On Top of Old Smokey" the kid version that his mom and brother, J.J. taught him.

Together, Lydia and Sarah shared all their favorite holiday songs that they learned at Rainbow School.

Ben and Whitney...Oh...I mean Jonas Brothers preformed at our house Christmas Eve.
Scott taught Porter how to bounce a ball.

I can't explain my Dad's act. He is one of a kind. He has always cracked himself up whether we are laughing or not. Laughing at him or with him, he is tons of fun. And the grand kids were his #1 fans.

Best Present Pictures
This picture make me teary eyed. Memories and love for one another are shared by all.

Lydia and Sarah made reindeer food at Rainbow School. They knew that Rudolph would like a treat just like Santa.
Oatmeal with sprinkles were carefully put onto the grass. The sprinkles would shimmer in the dark to attract the reindeer to the oatmeal.
