An Unforgettable Weekend

This weekend was unforgettable for 2 reasons. The first reason is that its my birthday and Scott took me away to the city. The second reason is that I found out that we are expecting our 5th child. This picture was taken when I just found out the blood results from the doctor. Now I am 3 months along and we are as happy as can be!

We are huge Man vs. Food fans. So Scott surprised me and took me to the San Francisco Creamery in Walnut Creek for the Kitchen Sink Challenge. Adam finished lets see if I can.

Your Kitchen Sink Sundae must consist of 3 bananas, 8 regular size scoops of ice cream, 8 toppings, whipped cream, cherries and nuts.

I opted to use the BIG spoon.

Muffins for Moms

Every year I look for forward to Muffins for Moms at Lakewood Elementary. Spending time with my girls is always a highlight of my day.

Donuts for Dads is this Friday. The girls cant wait.

We spent the good part of Saturday looking at motor homes for our trip to Canada in March 2011. We will be driving for a total of 10 days. We are so excited about this trip. Having the kids come and pick out this motor home was the icing on the cake.

Every Friday is friends Friday at our house. And that means that I make home made pizza every Friday. The kids love it and it starts the weekend off with a Bang!

My Honey had a Birthday!

I just have the best time with my sweetheart of a husband. I am madly in love with him and that love grows with every day. Being sealed to him forever is a great blessing in my life. What a romantic night we had under the stars at the Rio City Cafe in Downtown Sac.
Every birthday boy needs to end the night with ice cream. Scott and I found a spectacular place in Sacramento, Gunther's Ice Cream! As we finished the ice cream I told Scott that was to good and I'm glad that Gunther's isn't in Lodi. I wouldn't have the will power to resist!
