It's That Time Again

COCK A DOODLE DO.........

We harvested the spinach and the beets today.

And all 6 rows of the peas.

The lettuce and the cabbage are starting to make the ball in the middle.

Here is our watermelon, zucchini and pumpkins. And something has been eating our plants. We will have to put a stop to that immediately!

Our corn is making good progress

We have tomatoes

I think everyone should stop and smell the flowers.

McKenzie helping Grandma with the trimming of the rose bushes.

Porter was looking so cute that Grandma and I had to grab him and take a photo.

As McKenzie was trimming the bushes, she found a snail and made it her pet.

Lydia hard at work let nothing disturb her as she paints that box.

Grandma made all the girls paper dolls. That was the best.

Silly Lydia and Goofy Grandma!

Grandma let Porter open his birthday present early.

Scott checking on the progress on the carrots; plus weeding them out.

Porter found himself a seat.

All the girls wanted to go with Papa in his big truck to the store.

Tot Soccer

Practice before the game. Everyone line up and take a turn to kick it in the goal.

Go Lydia Go.........GOAL!!!!

Sarah is great when it comes to kicking it to the right person for the goal. Great team player!!

Go Lydia GO.....GOAL!!!!

Grass Valley Trip

Gammie and I and the kids all took a trip to Grass Valley to see Aunt Sandy and Grandma Jean.

Well Grandma Jean was recovering from a cold and sleeping at the time we arrived; so we sat and socialize with Aunt Sandy.

Sandy invited us to her house for lunch and some playtime.

Each of the girls loved the tree swing.

Another great photo of the wonderful day that we had with Sandy.

I had to take a photo of this sculpture. Sandy is a master at making them. She has them all over her backyard and front yard.

The sad moment had come, to say Good-Bye.

Well OK, say Good-Bye to the chickens.

Campbell Concert

On Saturday, the girls came down stairs to perform a concert from a song that they made up. Hours of work went into it. And of course their proud brother wanted to get into the mix.

Favorite FHE Game

Twister Hop Scotch
Its a great game for the whole family. The game is played by spinning the wheel and the pointer tells you what to do on what color. For example: Dance on Yellow, Sing on Red. Even Porter likes to walk through the hoops and follow the girls.

Sarahism

I thought this photo would be appreciate for this Sarahism. Sarah and Lydia and I were shopping and while we walking to the stores, Sarah said, " I just cant stand all this hotness!"

Lydiaism

Our family was on our way to church, and Sarah and McKenzie were on the verge of arguing and Lydia said, "Why don't we all just SHUT UP!" Scott and I were laughing so hard.
