Talia Turns 2

I babysit two little girls and today was Talia's 2nd birthday.

Carmel, California

For the last 3 years we have been very fortunate to have parents who rent this house on Ocean Ave in Carmel. Walking distance to everything, makes this a treat. Our family loves to walk. And I know kids will be kids, but in this case (only in Carmel) would all the kids ask to go for walks. Anyone who knows my Dad, will testify that a short walk means 4 miles in Adamska lingo.
I have to tell you what happened one morning we were there. My dad was shaving and Sarah came into the bathroom to get something for Gammie and Sarah asked Papa if shaving was how he became a Papa.

On the last day, we saw a school of dolphins, and a sea lion up close. It was amazing.

The boys made a rock'n sand castle, and that is when we had a fabulous idea.....

Life couldn't be better at the beach!

This year my Dad was getting worried about how Porter was going to take to the water. I told him that it would be a lot better than last year because Porter was older now. And boy was it ever! I loved the water. Kids just don't get cold I guess. Its all about the fun.

Well its the end of a fabulous vacation,
